The "Enterprise Procurement Management System with Five Years Maintenance Services and Cloud Hosting" project was discussed and signed during a ceremony at the Land Bank's headquarters in Manila.

The DGSI Team, Isabela City CDRRMO, and Defensys system aim to create a comprehensive emergency preparedness model for the city.
