Engr. Donato G. Santiago

President and Chief Executive Officer

An accomplished technology leader and a certified Data Privacy Officer. Also known as Don, a strategist, businessman and an engineer, he has a remarkable career experience of 25 years in the IT industry. He established Dynamic Global Soft, Inc. (DGSI) in February 2014. Engr. Santiago earned his degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology – Manila, and Master of Science in Business Administration Major in Finance at National College of Business and Arts – Quezon City.

He holds various IT Certifications which made a significant role in combining extensive technical expertise with strategic insight to lead the company towards innovation and transformation. He believes that these IT Solutions can pave the way to help boost the long-term development of the community and the country. His main goal is to create solutions that will help solve the clients’ problems in automation and decision-making.

He is also the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of USHER Technologies Inc., an internationally multi-awarded manufacturer of Universal Structural Health Evaluation and Recording System, a Structural Health Monitoring System that is used to monitor the structural integrity of buildings.

Not only in the field of Information Technology, Engr. Santiago is also active in helping the community through volunteerism and civic activities. The following are some of his active organizations:
