An approachable, good communicator, and understanding person, Ms. Malou earned her degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College of Quezon City and also had her Masters degree, Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development in University of Santo Tomas (UST) and became a Registered Nurse in Baguio Central University in the year 2008.
