Properity is a property management system planned and built by a group of IT experts from Dynamic Global Soft, Inc. This online platform was initially designed for residential properties wherein homeowners can manage owned properties, generate billing statements, and pay bills online quickly and conveniently. It is open to all subdivisions, associations, and other real estate organizations. Creating this project started with the developers' experiences, such as needing to physically appear at the homeowner's association office to pay dues, a penalty for late payments, emergencies, security and safety concerns, etc. Moreover, the project scope ranges from residential to commercial and industrial types of properties and also serves other special purposes.
